Want to get your home base back up and running?

First, please make sure your app is up-to-date!

Next, sign into your account and click on 'edit home bases' in the left side navigation bar

If you don't have a home base in your account, the screen should say 'oops no home base' and give you the option to set up your home base. You can then follow the in-app instructions to finish setting up your home base!

If you do have a home base in your account, but it says 'disconnected', click on the home base.

Select 'Configure Wi-Fi' and then follow the in-app instructions to finish setting up your home base!
