Replacement Product Instructions

To authorize a replacement, we will request a few details regarding your order and the issue you encountered. Once your replacement request has been authorized, we will send you details regarding your replacement shipment, and instructions on how to return and exchange your defective product. Please note that it may take up to a week for your replacement to ship out.
