Not Seeing your WiFi Network?

The Home Base may take as long as one minute to find your WiFi network.  If a whole minute has passed, and the app still does not recognize your desired WiFi network, you may want to select "other" and manual type in the network name.

If you continue to have issues getting your Home Base to connect, please verify that your Home Base is close to your WiFi router and that the network you are attempting to connect to is 2.4 GHz, not 5.  If you have verified your WiFi network and you are still have trouble, please submit a support request.
