Trouble Updating Home Base

If you are receiving the "Trouble Updating Home Base" message, please take the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure the Home Base is within range of you Wi-Fi Router
  • Make sure your Home Base is plugged in
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi router is functioning properly with no service interruptions

If you've taken these steps and the Home Base is still having trouble completing the update, please submit a support ticket
